Cultivator AI

Frequently asked questions

The questions manufacturers actually ask us, answered straight.

Does my data leave the building?

No. Cultivator AI runs on small open-source models on infrastructure you own or control, with no third party in the data path. Your data, the models, and the compute all stay on servers you govern. Nothing is sent to an external AI vendor.

Do I have to replace my existing systems?

No. We add agentic capacity on top of what you already run. Our starting point is respect for the operation and expertise that already work; the agents integrate with your existing tools and data rather than requiring a rip-and-replace.

How is this different from a configurable AI platform?

A platform gives you a toolkit and asks you to model your work into it. We give you specific, purpose-built agents shaped to your workflow and your data, where each agent is both the logic and the interface. You deploy the agents you need instead of configuring a platform you do not.

How is this different from contact-centre or customer-service AI agents?

Those tools replace operational human work in a queue, such as handling support tickets or calls. Cultivator AI builds the production software that runs your business and the agent teams that augment your people. Different stage of work, different budget. If your need is call deflection, that is not us.

What does it cost, and why small open-source models?

Small open-source models running on your own hardware are far cheaper per use than large frontier models accessed over an API, and they keep data in your control. Cost depends on the workflow and the infrastructure; we size it to what the job actually needs.

What if we already use tools like ChatGPT or Copilot?

Those are general assistants your people use ad hoc. Cultivator AI builds specific agents wired into your workflows and data, running on your infrastructure. They complement general assistants rather than competing with them.

Where does it run?

On infrastructure you control, on European compute: your own servers, or a sovereign environment we set up with you. The agents come to your data, not the other way around.

Who owns the agents?

You do. You own the agents and the infrastructure they run on. There is no platform lock-in holding your workflow hostage.

Who is Cultivator AI for?

Manufacturing SMEs and similar companies that have deep domain expertise and a working operation, want to add agentic capacity without sending data to external vendors, and value keeping data and costs in Europe.

How do we get started?

Tell us one workflow you want to give agentic capacity to. We show you what a purpose-built team for it looks like, then build and deploy it on your infrastructure. Book a call to start.
